Procedure:
1. A deposit of 150,000 YEN (or equivalent amount in any major currency if Yen is not available) required prior to auction bidding price paid by Telegraphic Transfer (TT)* to the account below. ALL BANK FEES TO BE PAID BY SENDER. Including our bank’s fees of 2,500 Yen. Or the deposit can be sent through PAYPAL.
2. You choose which vehicles you are interested in and send your bids/purchase order through our website.
3. Cars inspected before we make the final decision to bid at auctions. Sold as is for fixed price vehicles.
4. Balance paid by TT to the same account within 3 working days of notification of the price including shipping.
5. Car shipped and documentation sent.
Note 1: You are responsible for any costs once the car arrives at the destination port.
Note 2: Although we try to stay up to date with regulations in every country, it is not always possible to do so. As a result you are responsible to advise us of any pre-shipment inspections required by your government.
Note 3: Should the balance not be paid in a timely manner we reserve the right to resubmit the cars to auction. Any losses will be deducted from the deposit plus a 20,000 Yen processing fee. Bank charges and a 20,000 Yen processing fee will be charged when a refund of the deposit is requested. The remaining balance will be repaid to your bank via TT.
